Ordering & Shipping
Do the prices on the website include GST?
Yes, all prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Prices do not include shipping.

Prices and specifications of products may change without notice.


Do you charge for delivery?

Yes. We mainly ship with Star Track Express. We try to keep the freight charged on orders as low as possible.

Please ensure you provide an address so we can calculate freight accordingly.


Can I collect my order from your Melbourne warehouse?

Yes you can. If you select this option we will send you a message once your order has been processed. Collection is between 1pm and 4pm weekdays.


How do I place an order?

Either online, by email or over the phone.


Are all items on the website in stock?

A high percentage of the items listed are in stock. We try to keep the website as up to date as possible. For larger items it may be good idea to check they are available prior to placing your order.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard and Visa (no surcharge), EFTPOS and direct bank deposit.


What if my order is damaged in transit?

Please contact us immediately in all of these cases. Contact Us

Please ensure you retain all the original packaging.


Can I return an item?

We will accepted stock for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided:


  1. It is in original, unopened and undamaged packaging

  2. You have beforehand contacted us for a return authorization

  3. If damaged In Transit or Incorrectly Shipped by us we will organise for the collection of goods.

  4. If goods were returned for any reason not covered above, any shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.

  5. Items returned more than 14 days after delivery, or in a damaged or un-sellable state will be exchanged/refunded at Road Ready Australia's discretion, possibly at a reduced refund or exchange value, less any return shipping costs borne by us.


Please ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We will not accept responsibility for goods, which are damaged whilst in transit back to us. Do not write on or attach labels directly to the product being returned; otherwise, the return may not be accepted, as stock and/or packaging will be deemed damaged.
